Coaching Services


We offer three levels of coaching plan ideal for every rider whether you are training for your first sportive or elite racing.  Each programme is for a 4-week training plan, totally customised to your needs, the different prices reflect the levels of feedback and coach interaction offered.  If you don't see what you require then contact us for an informal chat to discuss your needs.

Unlike many coaching companies there is no set up fee and discounts are available for 6 and 12 month periods when paid in advance.

Level 1: Fully individualised 4-week training plan with monthly email consultation and reassessment.

Initial consultation to establish your training goals, cycling history, time availability and any other needs such as body composition measurement, diet analysis and prescription, followed by:

Creation of a yearly periodisation plan based upon your goals,
Daily detailed training prescription,
Email contact on receipt of the plan to check understanding and in the final week to reassess your progress and customise the next block of training.

Price £70 per 4-week training plan.

Level 2: Fully individualised 4-week training plan with weekly email consultation and adaptation of the plan as required.

Initial consultation to establish your training goals, cycling history, time availability and any other needs such as body composition measurement, diet analysis and prescription, followed by:

Creation of a yearly periodisation plan based upon your goals,
Daily detailed training prescription,
Weekly email contact (minimum one coach initiated email conversation per week, other rider initiated email contact for feedback encouraged!),
Weekly review of key race/training power meter files and/or heart rate monitor information.

Price £90 per 4-week training plan.

Level 3 - Pro level training and feedback: Fully individualised 4-week training plan reviewed and modified daily as necessary with daily power meter file review and unlimited email/telephone/text/Skype feedback (limited availability).

Initial consultation to establish your training goals, cycling history, time availability and any other needs such as body composition measurement, diet analysis and prescription, followed by:

Creation of a yearly periodised training plan based upon your goals and key races,
Daily detailed training prescription,
Daily power meter file review and feedback with daily training session modification as necessary,
Unlimited coach contact as and when required via email, telephone or Skype for international clients.

Price £170 per 4-week training plan.
